1. Introductory Provisions<\/strong><\/p>

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter the \u201cTC\u201d) govern the mutual rights and obligations of the contracting parties arising in connection with or on the basis of a purchase contract (hereinafter the \u201cContract\u201d) concluded between:<\/p>

Buyer: a consumer or an entrepreneur.
(hereinafter the \u201cBuyer\u201d)<\/p>

These T&C form an integral part of every concluded Contract and are freely available on the Seller\u2019s website interface.<\/p>

2. Order and Conclusion of the Contract<\/strong><\/p>

Placing an order: The Buyer selects goods on the Seller\u2019s website interface and adds them to the virtual shopping cart. The Buyer then fills in the required delivery information and selects the preferred payment method.<\/p>

Review and confirmation: Before submitting the order, the Buyer has the opportunity to review and modify all entered information. By confirming the order, the Buyer undertakes to pay the price of the goods and any associated costs.<\/p>

Order receipt confirmation: The Seller shall promptly confirm receipt of the order to the Buyer\u2019s email address after the order has been received.<\/p>

Contract conclusion: The Purchase Contract is concluded at the moment the order receipt confirmation is delivered to the Buyer\u2019s email address.<\/p>

3. Price and Payment Terms<\/strong><\/p>

Price of goods: All product prices on the website interface are listed inclusive of all related fees.<\/p>

Shipping costs: In addition to the price of the goods, the Buyer is also required to pay the shipping and packaging costs, which are displayed in the shopping cart.<\/p>

Payment methods: The Buyer may pay the price using one of the following methods:<\/p>

Cashless online payment via the Comgate payment gateway (online card payment). Cashless bank transfer to the Seller\u2019s bank account, based on the information provided in the order confirmation.<\/p>

4. Delivery of Goods and Acceptance<\/strong><\/p>

Method of delivery: The Seller will ensure delivery of the goods to the Buyer in accordance with the delivery method selected by the Buyer in the order.<\/p>

Delivery time: The Seller undertakes to dispatch the goods as soon as possible. In the event of unexpected circumstances that may affect the delivery time, the Seller will promptly inform the Buyer via the phone number or email provided in the order.<\/p>

Acceptance of goods: The Buyer is obliged to accept the goods and check the integrity of the packaging immediately upon delivery. In the event of any damage to the parcel, the Buyer is required to complete a damage report with the carrier and refuse to accept the damaged shipment.<\/p>

Storage of the shipment: If the Buyer does not collect the goods within the specified time period, the Seller has the right to charge the Buyer for the costs associated with re-delivery or storage of the shipment.<\/p>

5. Withdrawal from the Contract<\/strong><\/p>

Right of withdrawal: A Buyer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from the Contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the receipt of the goods.<\/p>

Withdrawal procedure: To withdraw from the Contract, the Buyer is required to complete and send the withdrawal form, which is available HERE<\/strong><\/a>. Together with the completed form, the Buyer must also return the purchased goods to the Seller\u2019s address.<\/p>

6. Liability for Defects and Claims<\/strong><\/p>

Warranty period: The Seller is liable for defects that the goods have at the time the Buyer receives them, as well as for defects that appear during the warranty period. The warranty period for consumers is 24 months from the date of receipt of the goods.<\/p>

Submitting a claim: The Buyer is obliged to submit a claim without undue delay after discovering the defect. A claim may be submitted by sending the defective goods, including a description of the defect, to the Seller\u2019s address.<\/p>
