1. Introductory Provisions
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter the “TC”) govern the mutual rights and obligations of the contracting parties arising in connection with or on the basis of a purchase contract (hereinafter the “Contract”) concluded between:

These T&C form an integral part of every concluded Contract and are freely available on the Seller’s website interface.
2. Order and Conclusion of the Contract
Placing an order: The Buyer selects goods on the Seller’s website interface and adds them to the virtual shopping cart. The Buyer then fills in the required delivery information and selects the preferred payment method.
Review and confirmation: Before submitting the order, the Buyer has the opportunity to review and modify all entered information. By confirming the order, the Buyer undertakes to pay the price of the goods and any associated costs.
Order receipt confirmation: The Seller shall promptly confirm receipt of the order to the Buyer’s email address after the order has been received.
Contract conclusion: The Purchase Contract is concluded at the moment the order receipt confirmation is delivered to the Buyer’s email address.
3. Price and Payment Terms
Price of goods: All product prices on the website interface are listed inclusive of all related fees.
Shipping costs: In addition to the price of the goods, the Buyer is also required to pay the shipping and packaging costs, which are displayed in the shopping cart.
Payment methods: The Buyer may pay the price using one of the following methods:

Cashless bank transfer to the Seller’s bank account, based on the information provided in the order confirmation.
4. Delivery of Goods and Acceptance
Method of delivery: The Seller will ensure delivery of the goods to the Buyer in accordance with the delivery method selected by the Buyer in the order.
Delivery time: The Seller undertakes to dispatch the goods as soon as possible. In the event of unexpected circumstances that may affect the delivery time, the Seller will promptly inform the Buyer via the phone number or email provided in the order.
Acceptance of goods: The Buyer is obliged to accept the goods and check the integrity of the packaging immediately upon delivery. In the event of any damage to the parcel, the Buyer is required to complete a damage report with the carrier and refuse to accept the damaged shipment.
Storage of the shipment: If the Buyer does not collect the goods within the specified time period, the Seller has the right to charge the Buyer for the costs associated with re-delivery or storage of the shipment.
5. Withdrawal from the Contract
Right of withdrawal: A Buyer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from the Contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the receipt of the goods.
Withdrawal procedure: To withdraw from the Contract, the Buyer is required to complete and send the withdrawal form, which is available HERE. Together with the completed form, the Buyer must also return the purchased goods to the Seller’s address.
6. Liability for Defects and Claims
Warranty period: The Seller is liable for defects that the goods have at the time the Buyer receives them, as well as for defects that appear during the warranty period. The warranty period for consumers is 24 months from the date of receipt of the goods.
Submitting a claim: The Buyer is obliged to submit a claim without undue delay after discovering the defect. A claim may be submitted by sending the defective goods, including a description of the defect, to the Seller’s address.
Contents of the claim: For the claim to be properly assessed, the Buyer is required to provide:
- Their contact details (name, address, phone number, email).
- Order number.
- Proof of payment.
- A precise description of the defect and the way in which the defect manifests itself.
Time limit for processing the claim: The claim will be processed without undue delay, but no later than within 30 days from its proper submission. The Buyer will be informed of the method of resolution by email.
Possible resolutions: Depending on the nature of the defect, the Buyer is entitled to
- Repair of the goods.
- Replacement with new goods.
- A reasonable discount on the purchase price.
- Withdrawal from the contract within 14 days from the purchase of the goods.
7. Personal Data Protection
The Seller undertakes to protect the Buyer’s personal data. Information on the processing of personal data, including the Buyer’s rights, is provided in a separate document, the Privacy Policy, which is available at www.kocarkynacesty.cz.
8. Final Provisions
Governing law and court jurisdiction: The relations between the Seller and the Buyer are governed by the legal order of the Czech Republic, in particular the Civil Code (Act No. 89/2012 Coll.) and the Consumer Protection Act (Act No. 634/1992 Coll.).
Dispute resolution: Any disputes between the Seller and the Buyer may be resolved out of court through the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (ČOI). More information is available on the website www.coi.cz.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms and Conditions becomes invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
Validity and Effectiveness: These Terms and Conditions become valid and effective on 9 September 2025.
Stroller Rental Terms
1. Introductory Provisions and Rental Service Identification

Subject of the stroller rental terms: governs the rights and obligations of the operator and the customer when renting a stroller.
2. Rental Conditions
Reservation: The stroller reservation is made online via the website www.kocarkynacesty.cz . During the reservation process, the customer is required to provide the following information: full name, email address, phone number, street, city, and ZIP code. If there are any uncertainties regarding the online reservation, support is available by phone or email listed in the Contact section on the website www.kocarkynacesty.cz .
Required documents: For identity verification, it is necessary to provide the ID card number.
All personal data is subject to GDPR, which is part of the website’s documentation. www.kocarkynacesty.cz
Delivery and pickup: The customer may choose one of the following options
Home delivery: The stroller will be shipped to the address selected by the customer in the shopping cart, using the chosen carrier.
Personal pickup: The customer may choose personal pickup of the stroller in the shopping cart at the registered office address, Luční 530, Jirny 250 90. The exact pickup date and time must be arranged in advance by email at info@kocarkynacesty.cz
Security deposit: The amount of the deposit varies depending on the type of stroller. The current deposit amount is always displayed during the online reservation process before completion. The deposit is always returned to the account from which the rental payment was received, and this is done within 48 hours after the stroller inspection. In the event of damage, excessive dirt, or theft, the amount refunded is determined according to the stroller rental claims policy available on the website www.kocarkynacesty.cz
Rental Agreement: The customer has the option to read the rental agreement on the website www.kocarkynacesty.cz . The agreement will be automatically sent to the customer together with the reservation confirmation. By confirming the reservation and agreeing to the stroller rental terms, the customer accepts the rental terms and the claims policy.
3. Conditions for Using the Stroller
Condition check: The customer is required to inspect the stroller upon pickup to allow for any potential claim. We recommend taking photos of the stroller’s condition at the moment of pickup and when unfolded.
Proper use: The customer is obliged to use the stroller in accordance with its intended purpose.
Damage and maintenance: The customer is responsible for the condition of the stroller during the rental period. The stroller must not be modified in any way.
Návrat kočárku: Zákazník se zavazuje vrátit kočárek den po skončení placené rezervace buď dodáním na výdejní místo na adresu Luční 530 Jirny 250 90, nebo kočárek poslat pomocí smluveného přepravce Zásilkovna. Společně s kočárkem vám budou doručeny podmínky na vrácení kočárku, kde je kód na vrácení přes dopravce Zásilkovna (zpětné zaslaní nehradíte). Kočárek musí být čistý a v původním stavu s kompletním vybavením s kterým vám byl kočárek zapůjčen.
Výrobní číslo kočárků: Každý kočárek je označený výrobním číslem na štítku z boční strany sedáku, nebo na spodní části kočárku. 4. Prices and Fees
Rental price: The rental price always depends on the selected stroller. The rental cost is calculated as number of days × daily rental price, for example three days at 180 CZK per day (3×180 = 540 CZK). The price includes the stroller and its accessories, which are described in detail on the website www.kocarnynacesty.cz in the rental section. A travel bag/case for the stroller is also included in the rental.
Penalties and additional fees:
Cancellation of reservation – failure to pick up the stroller:
- If the customer cancels the reservation 7 or more days before the start of the rental period, 100% of the paid rental fee and the deposit will be refunded.
- If the customer cancels the reservation less than 7 days before the start of the rental period, 50% of the total rental price may be deducted. The deposit will be refunded in full.
- If the customer cancels the reservation less than 3 days before the start of the rental period, 100% of the total rental price may be deducted. The deposit will be refunded in full.
Late return: If the customer fails to return the stroller within three working days to the registered address Luční 530, Jirny 250 90, an amount corresponding to the number of days of delay may be deducted from the deposit, based on the daily rental price of the specific stroller.
Cleaning: The fee for excessive dirt is determined according to the stroller rental claims policy.
Damage: In the event of damage to the stroller, the matter will be forwarded to our partner service centre, which has 20 days to provide an assessment and a price quote for the repair. We have 30 days to process the claim, during which the deposit will not be refunded. 5. Liability and Insurance
Customer liability: The customer is fully responsible for any damage, loss, or destruction of the stroller during the rental period.
Insurance recommendation: We recommend that the customer check before travelling whether their travel insurance also covers the rented travel stroller or third-party rentals.
6. Claims
Claims process: The customer must immediately report any defects or damage to the stroller discovered upon pickup.
Defects occurring during the rental period: The customer is required to report any defects that arise during use.

7. Final Provisions
Validity and Effectiveness: These stroller rental terms enter into validity and effect on 1 September 2025.
